Experiences at CASS Winery are a perfect extension of the winery's connection to the "farm-to-table" movement and the rich agricultural history of Paso Robles, CA.

With 145 acres of planted Rhône and Bordeaux varietals, the vineyard has been producing award winning wines produced in the old world fashion since 2002. Coupled with projects like an estate beef program, henhouses, beehives, and excessive kitchen gardens to support their cafe and winemaker dinners, the focus of CASS has historically been deeply linked with the land and the palate.

Since launching the GENESEO INN in June 2020, the agriculturally focused retreats have been created to give guests an opportunity to truly experience the uniqueness that is CASS with an eye towards education, luxury, and fun. Come enjoy the bounty that is Paso Robles!
